AcQ InduCom is committed to supply RoHS compliant parts within the scope of the European Union Legislation to their customers by 1 July 2006. As the products manufactured by AcQ InduCom become RoHS compliant, we will mark them as RoHS compliant. Due to the mix of standard and custom designs we manufacture for our customers, and the exemption of select industries (examples: Medical and Military) as identified by the European Union, AcQ InduCom will not initiate to implement RoHS for all of their products. Besides that, a lot of components are not available in RoHS compliant version at this moment. We also would like to point out the fact that it is the responsibility of each customer to notify AcQ InduCom of their specific RoHS compliance requirements. Depending on customers requirements, we will investigate the possibilities of the requested transition, therefore we ask our customers to inform us as soon as possible.
